Welding paths can be generated intelligently without manual programming. Certain models adopt laser vision seam tracking technology to achieve a welding accuracy of ±0.5 mm.

Traditional robotic welding systems require half a day to a full day for programming and commissioning, while our intelligent system completes on-site scene adaptation in merely seconds.
Intelligent Process Optimization: The built-in autonomous welding parameter planning function automatically adjusts welding current, wire feeding speed and other core parameters according to actual groove dimensions, with a wire feeding speed ranging from 15 to 25 m/min. Molten pool visual sensing technology is adopted to realize real-time welding quality monitoring and dynamic correction.
