Coordinated Triple-Chuck Design: The front chuck fixes the tube, the middle chuck dynamically adjusts its position, and the rear chuck pulls the tube to achieve continuous full-length cutting, completely eliminating residual tube waste. Some models adopt double-sided middle chuck technology to further enhance clamping stability and machining consistency.
Follow-Up Support System: Multi-section servo follow-up material supports adjust the height in real time during operation, effectively preventing tube sagging and shaking and ensuring stable cutting accuracy.
